Tina Maloney serves as Chief Financial Officer for Salinas, California-based INDUS Holding Company, a vertically integrated cannabis company with world-class capabilities, including cultivation, extraction and manufacturing, brand sales, marketing, and distribution. Ms. Maloney joins the executive team with more than 25 years in executive leadership positions, with responsibilities that have included finance, tax, treasury, procurement, internal audit, information technology, and human resources. With INDUS, Ms. Maloney applies her veteran talent to a rapidly changing and highly regulated industry, one in which her expertise will be called upon as the organization continues to grow within the boundaries of compliance.
Ms. Maloney has worked with established and emerging public and private companies in the medical device, biotechnology, metal plating, and environmental services industries. Prior to joining INDUS, she served as Chief Accounting Officer for Amyris, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMRS), a global industrial biotechnology and chemical company for the cosmetics, fragrances, biofuel and food industries. She also served as Vice President Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of The Cooper Companies (NYSE: COO), a global medical device and IVF company; and in various senior leadership positions at Sola International (NYSE: SOL), a global manufacturer of eyeglass lenses. Prior to Sola, Ms. Maloney was Vice President of Finance for IESL, an environmental services and electroplating company servicing the defense industry.
Ms. Maloney holds a Master of Business Administration from William Woods University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College, and is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
